The portfolio is organised, streamlined, and designed for efficiency, allowing you to focus on delivering quality service. You will be responsible for: Building and maintaining strong landlord & tenant relationships Handling escalations and providing solutions-focused outcomes Managing arrears, maintenance, and compliance Attending and preparing for tribunal hearings when required No ingoing's, routines or accounts!
